There are multiple ways to find support on our portal.
- Use the Search Bar to find FAQ's and knowledge based on key words.
- Use the "Vendor Knowledge" section, and find relevant knowledge based on Vendor.
- At the end of an article, use the "Submit a Request" link if you cannot find an answer to a specific question
- Use the "Submit a Request" link on the top navigation bar to ask a question to our Support Team.
You can also contact the support team directly, using the email: firstname.lastname@example.org and a ticket will be created for you. However, to make sure the request goes to the right person, please add the Vendor and any other relevant info to speed things up.
